I made a phone appointment using the online app & was given one two days after applying. The nurse called me exactly on time & arranged a face to face appointment two days later. I was very reassured by her professionalism and after our appointment, she consulted with my GP & they’ve arranged a follow up call with my GP in two weeks, to see if the treatment has worked. An absolutely fabulous service.
